Peninsula School of Dance got in touch with us to talk through how they could improve their email marketing. We started of with an analysis of their current system and what they use email marketing for.

We had a close look at how their lists were organised and improved this by consolidating different lists. We applied segmentation to their lists and this provided a clear overview. They use Mailchimp as an email provider and we went through a workshop and training session on how to use Mailchimp and all their features for their dance school.

We also set up automated campaigns and set up a brand style for all their emails

List consolidation and audience segmentation

We started of with a lot of different lists that were used for different campaigns. To give it an overall better and more cohesive look we consolidated a lot of these lists in one.

We used segmentation based on the reasons they were initially separated in different lists. Now all these subscribers are in one group there is more synergy and because fo the new segments they can still be used in future campaigns.

For some of the main keywords there was quite a bit of competition going on so we decided to accelerate the growth through Paid Per Click campaigns on Google Ads. This allowed Peninsula Diesel Repairs increase their exposure and continue to grow their business.

Based on running Google Ads and increased organic traffic we collected some valuable data on the user behaviour and made changes to the design and user experience of the website.
