Lady and The Tramp Branding

logo design process
When designing the logo for Lady and the Tramp, our graphic designer made the choice to used a slightly more structured and polished approach. Taking inspiration from the companies namesake, the logo design incorporated a font styling that is more traditional. ( Lady and the Tramp was set in the early 1900’s) This instantly instills classical style and class into the logo. This style has been balanced with a modern colour palette, charcoal and turquoise combined with a simplistic symbol to ensure the logo retains a contemporary feel. The symbol is again inspired by the namesake, with a cameo of two dogs (one feminine, one masculine) facing each other.
The symbol can also be used independently, and the reversed version on the charcoal is also really strong – this has many options on how it can be applied to the clients future marketing.
We saw this brand having a really elegant relationship with emotive, black & white images – not necessarily whole images but selective sections, engaging an emotional connection with their customers. The stylish logo design is the foundation of the companies business branding, the different variation feature prominently on all of the visual promtions including their website design, business cards and signage
The Lady and the Tramp Groomers contacted our outer Mornington Graphic Design studio in order to get a fresh modern brand for their new business. It was a pleasure to work with them in developing their brand and we wish them great success in the years to come.

website design
We created a new WordPress website design for Lady and the Tramp which has the full logo featured across the top in the classic tones of charcoal and turquoise. This sits above a small introduction to the company, and a playful image of a beautiful lab looking at the logo. This image is emotive and engaging to prospective clients.
Underneath are images to represent the services they provide with a full description next to explaining in further detail. We have also included another gorgeous image on the requirements and tips section that gives customers all the information they need before heading to the salon.
A gallery completes this website design with before and after shots giving their customers an idea of the cutting styles they use and the happy results!

business card design
The Lady and The Tramp business card design shows the text version of the logo overplayed by a beautiful image one side, and all the contact information and appointment space all on the other side underneath the symbol.
The image of the soft focus of the nose is lovely and again engages an emotional connection with their customers. This concept is elegant and stylish and links well to the namesake of the brand.

signage design
We created some eye-catching signage based on the new logo design, the silhouette of two dogs (one feminine, one masculine) facing each other works beautifully on this shopfront especially using the charcoal and aqua colours. Using the black & white image of the nose as well is very engaging for their clients, especially for drivers and passers by.
