Social Media Process
Baywest Real Estate was very keen on growing their online presence and wanted to get their real estate business on social media.
It was great to work with Baywest Real Estate. We started the process with a series of questions and a workshop to understand their business better. We also used this to create their tone of voice and outline their customer personas.
We used this workshop to create a social media strategy and content calendar for the months ahead.
After this, we helped them with creating their profiles and scheduled in their content. We also helped with ongoing posting and analytics.

Social Media Workshop
We ran a workshop with the directors of Baywest Real Estate to create a better picture of who they are and what they are trying to convey with their social media.
We mapped out their messaging, tone of voice, type of content they would like to create and their overall strategy for their social media.
This was a hands-on workshop that took over 3 hours and this was a great way to kick off this project.
Social Media Strategy
Based on the social media workshop we put together a social media strategy that helped outline the goals, content, visuals, digital ads and timelines for their social media strategy.
We further outlined their agency profile that describes who they are as a real estate agency. Client profiles were also created to describe their ideal customers based on their interactions with their clients. We also took their competitors into account.
Finally, based on all this information, goals were set, a content outline was created and a budget was established for their social media.
Based on the social media strategy there was w need for visuals to go along with their social media posts.
Simple and branded elements were created to go along with their property photography, agency updates and list of open inspections.
Different variations of the branding colours were used to create a cohesive look that focuses on property photography and uses templates as a supportive element.
Planning and implementation
We planned out the content for 3 months ahead and scheduled this in to create a streamlined approach to their content.
Additionally, there are weekly updates that are updated on the go.
There is a lot of content that needed to be put on social media, so creating a content calendar and scheduling in content was a great way to create an organised approach to their social media.
