Website Design Process | Allabout Plumbing

Allabout Plumbing came to us at Grendesign for a refresh of their current website and it was our pleasure to give their site a more modern feel with less clutter and new images.

Using the stand out blue, grey and white block backgrounds gives this site a professional yet approachable feel and it is easily navigated for the user.

Website Design

In refreshing Allabout Plumbing’s website, we wanted to bring forward the most important features of their business which is their ability to deal with many specialised plumbing problems and the fact that they offer 24-hour support.  The home page contains quite a good deal of content and it was important it didn’t have a cluttered feel. By keeping with the white background with blue headings this makes the information easily readable.

Contacting Allabout plumbing is really distinguishable on the home page in two different areas both being on the bold blue backgrounds. One as a ‘contact us now’ page and the other showing the types of 24-hour services they provide.

Website Imagery

It was important that the Allabout Plumbing site not be heavy with worded content and have some striking simple images to balance out this feel. The images we used showcase the many fields they specialise in from consultation, design, installation and repairs. Special attention was paid to the main city image used, with several re-touches required to get this just right for the client.

About Page

We all feel more comfortable contacting a tradesperson when we can know a little about the people we will be dealing with. The About page focuses on introducing Steve the owner of Allabout Plumbing to the client in simple areas. We have focused on qualifications, expertise and experience without overloading the user with too much information.
