We’re currently looking for a GRAPHIC/DIGITAL DESIGNER 


Part/Full time: 27.5 – 37.5 hours per week 

We’re a boutique agency located in Mornington and are excited to announce we are looking for a Digital/Graphic Designer to join our team.

If you have exceptional design skills, a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and love working directly with clients then you might be the perfect fit.

Applicant must have a passion for design, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously and as part of a team and also be able to manage a diverse workload. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are a must.

The role can be either full-time or part-time with flexible working hours – for us it’s about finding the right fit for our studio and clients.

skills and experience

  • Creative layout skills demonstrated in a supplied portfolio
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a studio environment
  • Interpret user and client feedback to enhance your designs
  • Fast learner who is keen to learn new skills and techniques
  • Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
  • Confident in taking client meetings, interpreting briefs, and taking on client feedback
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent understanding of 
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools such as Canva.
  • EDM Software experience 
  • Some experience with Marketing/Social Media/SEM would be an advantage.


scope of work will include

(but is not limited to):

  • Creating new brands including logos, style guides, and client briefings
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, press advertising, digital advertising, social media, flyers, and signage
  • Creating stationery such as letterheads, PowerPoint presentation templates, and business cards
  • Client meetings and project management
  • Managing our print department and projects
  • Assisting/managing marketing projects
  • Participate in team meetings/training
